What Are Business Leadership Groups?
FCCI is a community of business leaders working together to transform the world through marketplace ministries. Our Business Leadership Groups are modeled after the early church, emphasizing teaching, participatory learning, fellowship, breaking bread, and prayer.
Business Leadership Group members gather weekly to encourage and equip each other to pursue God’s purpose for their lives and their businesses. By providing an environment of accountability, authenticity, and shared wisdom, members learn to apply biblical principles in every area of their lives. The result: they are transformed as leaders and business owners, and that transformation touches everyone within their sphere of influence.
How Do I Join a Business Leadership Group?
Joining an existing Business Leadership Group is as easy as 1 – 2 – 3.
- First, become an FCCI Member. Business Leadership Groups are open to all FCCI members.
- Next, take our Spiritual Maturity Assessment to begin our group placement process.
- Finally, fill out our short Group Application which provides us with all the information we need to personally help you find the group that best suits you and your business.
What If There Are No Business Leadership Groups in My Area?
Through the grace of God, FCCI is rapidly expanding our reach. If there are no suitable Business Leadership Groups in your area, we will help you create one!
We’ll give you all the tools you’ll need, from a Group Leader Kit (see below!) to special Group Leader training. If you would like to play a crucial role in the lives of other business leaders in your area and enhance your own leadership skills, creating a new group may be the right choice for you.
