FCCI extends peer counsel beyond a local group by thoughtfully matching Christian owners, founders, and CEOs with fellow members across the country. The aim is mutuality: someone who needs what you offer, offers what you need, or both. FCCI makes the introduction and coordinates the meeting; you can give your attention to the conversation.

Master’s Cohorts
A real business question deserves a room built around it.
These temporary groups bring leaders together around a specific business issue, such as succession. Members who have walked the terrain help guide a small group of peers who are working through it now. The purpose is focused learning and mutual counsel, not another course to consume.
Cohorts are curated around needs members have named, with participation by invitation when a leader’s questions and experience fit the room. They are confidential, with no selling in the group. Master’s Cohorts are included in membership; the opportunity to be considered is not a guarantee of a seat.

Business Leadership Groups offer an ongoing community of fellow leaders, online or in person. They make space to share wisdom, encouragement, and the realities of leading a company with faith over time, rather than only when a particular issue comes to a head. Business Leadership Groups are included in FCCI membership.
The value is in knowing and being known: returning to a circle of peers who can listen honestly, speak from experience, and keep walking alongside you as new seasons of leadership unfold.
